CONSIDERATE STAFF!! I ordered a hot Jasmine Tea. I wasn't aware that the staff had asked me about the sugar until I got the drink. I didn't want a beverage with sugar since I was sick and couldn't take much sugar. I was kinda upset because I knew it was my own problem not hearing about the sugar part in the first place. The staff saw me hesitating, then they nicely solved my problem by pouring part of the tea away and adding some more hot tea into the cup, reducing the density of sugar, free of charge. I was really happy and touched. Thank to both of you beautiful young ladies! :)

Ask for Frozen Taro. Tasted good except that a third of the cup still had ice cubes that weren't blended. Also not as friendly as other Cha Time shops.

Chatime Haymarket is basically disgusting. the girl was miserable and sad. poor customer service, horrible coffee she served and even I told her what I want, I still got it wrong, she wasn't interested to work or do her job, the place looked dirty and uninviting. if you are not a coffee place then don't sell it. and invest money in your staff rather than hiring hopeless people because it would ruin your franchise reputation. never again

This chatime is on the lowest level of the shopping centre, near the new Zealand natural kiosk. It's a chatime, no surprises, tea was tasty, pearls were chewy. A++ would drink again.

I don't know what a cha is or what I ordered or how I was supposed to consume it or where my life is going but it was the best one of whatever it was that I've had in a long time. 10/10 would cha with grape bricks again

It's OK.. But not for everybody's taste. For me I hdgrybi idea why people go hear. But saying that I think they do cater for some specific group. Otherwise they can't survive this long.

Staff did not mixed my thai milk tea. Most of thai milk tea powder still stuck together in my bottle.
