The location of the restaurant is very nice. If you can get an upstairs table, you get the ocean views.
The staff here are friendly and provide very good service.
Food served here are decent. Kids mocktail is very nice.

Service great. Food yummy. Quality service that you expect from a Merivale restaurant. Generous servings of high quality food. Such a great location it’s a shame the restaurant outlook does not capture more of the ocean view.

food was incredible, great serving sizes. staff are all so friendly and took a great photo of my family when asked. quite loud but still a really nice environment.

The food was very disappointing today. Chicken Wings we’re overcooked, dry and tough. - couldn’t eat them. Ordered a margarita cocktail, small glass and only 3/4 full. Bad form really as the prices are over the top, you’d expect better quality. Sea view is fantastic. Hopefully just got the chef on a bad day, will give them another try sometime in the future. But today, not happy!

We stopped here on our travels as it looked lovely and the kitchen was open at 5pm which is not always easy to find. Had an early dinner on Mother's Day just seated on the balcony and the whole experience was lovely. The staff were friendly and efficient (which is rare these days) the cocktails were delicious as was the food.
Overall really nice experience and would come back in a heartbeat 😊

Very nice establishment. Fantastic view if you’re lucky enough to get the right table. In my few dining experiences the food is decent but nothing to rave over and perhaps a touch overpriced. Staff are always friendly with good service.
