Pondok Selera

I am a regular customer that always go there to buy food for take away or to dine in. Today, I went there and ordered morning glory( medium spicy) and what I got is the super spicy one. Obviously I couldn't eat it because it was too spicy. I asked them to help me Change or fix it but they refused. A great customer service should always try to fix the problem. I wasn't asking my money back but to fix the food for me, so I don't waste the food and my money. Since they wouldn't help me, I am really disappointed. Maybe for the staff ( that don't care) is not a big deal and losing customers is not their problem. But just so you know you get paid from customer's money. So please when customer has problem, try to fix it before turning them away. Honestly, I am not gonna go back to buy food from you guys anymore.

Pondok Selera is located in the Eating World food court. It offers a variety of Indonesian staple dishes such as Nasi Goreng and Gado Gado. I tried the Nasi campur, which allows you to pick 3 dishes for a selection of pre-cooked dishes in the bain marie for under a tenner. Your selection is then put on top of a giant pile of rice. While I enjoyed my balado (chill sauce) eggplant and tofu with preserved vegetable, I find the beef rending to be quite tough and not very flavoursome. Service is friendly and whilst the food didn't all hit a home run, it still satisfied my cravings for food from my home town. ---------------- Food: 3/5 Service: 3/5 Atmosphere: 3/5 Value: 4/5 Visit again: Yes.
