Bon Bon Espresso

If I could rate below 1 I would have. I literally work across the road from Bon Bon. I walked in this morning and ordered their special of a bacon and egg roll and large coffee to have in. I received the items and initially had a taste of the coffee. It had a strange taste. I thought it may have been due to having a bite of the roll. But once I finished the roll, i had some more coffee. It had a very strong chemical flavour to it. I took the coffee up to the counter and told them that the coffee had a chemical type taste to it. I said they can just make me another coffee and I'll take it away. The guy/barista (who didn't make the coffee in the first place), asked what I said. I restated that the coffee has a chemical taste to it. He basically waved his hand in dismissal and said "no way. There is no chemicals here"! So i responded by saying that there is no reason to get upset. I was just telling you what I taste. I then just said, forget it. I will get a coffee from somewhere else. They have zero customer service skills. Instead of apologising, they just get offended. I should have asked for my money back, but just couldn't be bothered with it. So instead, I write this review so people can be aware of the terrible service and shocking coffee.
