Cafe Cosi Nero

The name speaks for itself. A cosy little cafe joint on the edge of Botany. Rustic interior and very welcoming. The coffee is Campos and is on point. Chicken nuggets are real pieces of chicken, none of that reconstituted stuff! They're panko covered, deep fried deliciousness. The best way to describe them would be tiny chicken schnitzels. The chips were good too. I need to pause to explain that the chicken nuggets abd chips were the small size... and they're huge! The servings are ridiculously big for the price! The BBQ Quesadilla tasted like a gourmet cheeseburger. This creation was amazing! It mistakenly came with a tomato relish and this made it more cheeseburgerish! Delicious! The Chorizo Brekky was a hot iron skillet filled with a huge amount of real chorizo, tomato and relish, along with 2 perfectly runny eggs... yolkporn! Its spicy, its a flavour burst and the toast came heart-shaped! Another smasher of a breakfast! The staff are awesome! They're friendly, funny and really out to make sure you enjoy your meal! We'll be back to try the burgers!

The price is right and portions of good size. I had a classic quesadilla, which was OK, but everything else being served looked better so I dare say it's worth coming back to try their burgers. It's a very small cafe and a lot of people come for takeaways. Although I had no problem getting a seat, it is very squishy.
