Mc Donald's Strand

I can't review the place for it's cleanliness in weekends only because it's the revellers that trash the place...kudos to the staff for keeping a straight face and helping out the customers..... Best place for late night cravings and after drink munchies....🤪😊... Having said that place was pretty clean Friday late night

First burger order done wrong, replacement order was raw inside. Took photos and threw out the burger as we had to rush to the Cinema. Went back after and spoke to the manager for refund. She checked the photos, the bank transaction and without big hassle refunded the items. Wish I could rate problem solving approach separately as the manager was nice and reasonable. However, overall it must be 2* at max :/

While in Sydney I would pass this McDonald's every morning on my way to the ferries at Sydney harbor I enjoy there coffee and breakfast so I would stop in which is located on George Street Sydney city. What I noticed every time I went that is different than the McDonald's where I live on Mornington Peninsula, Victoria is the age difference of staff as I'm use to young staff but this McDonald's hired staff that are older than teenagers and so forth and I actually liked this difference, the staff seemed more experienced and mature with their service and meals. Certainly have no problem with young staff working at McDonald's but I did like this change in Sydney and of course the restaurant was always clean and the food was nice.

Its big, but I can't say much for it cleanliness. The food is always great and the staff is always working hard. However it seems management has them rather understaffed alot of the time, especially during lunch rushes. You can always see pigeons walking around in there and the upstairs has been blocked off for ages now too.

Better check your order before you leave especially if it’s take away. Ordered a hash brown with a meal which I realised wasn’t there after I reached back to work. No apology or empathy and was made to feel as if they are doing a favour on me by giving me a refund. Darling keep my $2.40 if that buys you some manners. The manager I guess isn’t on minimum wage and a bit more courtesy could be expected. But hey! It’s Maccas, they aren’t known for customer service. Rant over!
