I’ve spent well over $500 here over the past several months and many seperate visits. And normally had a great experience. Last night, after buying several rounds of drinks, I wasn’t that hungry, so I ordered a kids meal for the smaller serving size. After ordering, paying, receiving the meal from two seperate servers who told me it was a good idea, and finishing the meal the manager then decided to tell me that I’m not allowed to order a kids meal, despite the menu saying nothing about age limits. In total I spent $93 last night, and apparently that isn’t acceptable. If I had ordered no food at all, or only a plate of chips. I doubt anyone would have said anything at all. And if the menu had an age limit, or mentioned only with full size adult meals I would also completely understand. I wasn’t planning on writing a negative review, but the experience has really stuck with me and I don’t think getting upset at your customers after spending that much in a night is a good look.
