Chi By Lotus

The food here was delicious and the atmosphere was nice. Staff were friendly and the interior design was very interesting with all the lucky cats waving at you. There are different seating options available, private dining booths for groups and toilet facilities at the back. Had the banquet menu and every dish was tasty. The dumplings and Wagyu meat skewers were bomb.

CHI by Lotus is a fun brightly and tastefully decorated open space restaurant. There are seating options with an open kitchen. We shared the banquet for two and were more than satisfied with the food quality, portions, and friendly professional service. Bangaroo is a lovely spot for an evening stroll along the southern end of Sydney harbour.

Really yummy food but the food portions were quite small for the price. Appreciated the spin and innovation in making Asian fusion and there were some deliciously funky combos (like kimchi sui mai) The staff was super nice though and offered great suggestions. Would recommend ordering more dishes to ensure that you are truly full.

Pretty unhappy with what we had experienced at Chi by Lotus. We had a pretty large booking of 18 people and chose the set menu. It was definitely not worth the price we had paid. There was not enough food for everyone and we had to share most of the dish. (E.g. split the spring rolls in half to ensure everyone had one). Further to that, it took a while for food to come. We also only had one plate of steak to share across 18 people. There wasn’t really any memorable dishes. Definitely not worth the price and would probably not be coming back. We were all still hungry after the feed.

Amazing Restaurant! Booked a table for 10 in a semi private dinning for my Wife birthday Surprised and the booking via call was smooth and very easy! Service and banquet food was amazing including our request of a banquet vegan, Special thanks to their Supervisor Ivy, she is so accomodating and assist you with anything you need! We will definitely comeback!
