Pizza Hut Carlingford

NEVER order from here! You’ll regret instantly! I placed an order for delivery which never came and so I had to speak to the manager of the store the next day because they wouldn’t answer their phone. The NEXT day! The manager there is the worst ever. He was so rude and was unwilling to listen to what I had to say. He just kept saying it is my fault and that they can’t refund anything because they came but I didn’t answer the door. He kept shouting about it being not their fault. Seriously worst customer service ever. Just steal the money from your customers why don’t you? SMH…

THE WORST EVER!!! Was sent confirmation that 7.34pm, at 8.30pm didn't turn up. Rang the pizza hut number, waited 15 minutes for someone to answer, then waited another 10 mins while being transferred to the store. The owner then said we haven't made your order yet! We have been smashed with orders. Fair enough, but not great customer service. The says he can get it to me in 15mins. Received the order, not only was it wrong, but the pizza looked absolutely disgusting! Ran it back out to the lovely delivery driver and then she said I can get the pizza to you until really late as we are being smashed tonight. Dominos next time for the kids treat, at least they get the order right and the pizza doesn't look like someone threw up in the pizza box and pass it off as pizza! 🤢

Consistently get horrible pizzas from them with missing toppings and something that looks like the dog chewed on. When I brought the pizzas back to the shop the staff member was rude and only after an heated discussion and standing my ground the pizzas where replaced but were very nice the second time around.

I used their app to order 3 pizzas plus 3 sides last night at around 10pm and they confirmed it will be delivered by 10:46 but it never came! I tried calling them but they would not answer the phone and after 11pm it was impossible to reach them because the store had already closed! It was the worst experience ever! Seriously what is wrong with your store? Now I need to go through the hassle of getting a refund through this incapable pizza hut store! So I had to pay nearly $40 for some order that never arrived! Seriously, do you job or close down the store already!

Just awful, terrible disgusting taste of the pizza, toppings are somehow completely burnt and dry while the rest of the pizza is badly undercooked, I don't understand how this is possible, the crust tears off the main pizza when trying to pick up a slice. Truly the worst pizza I've had in a long time, how can you mess up a supreme this badly? I will never go back here, I would prefer to put my foot in my mouth. Just truly awful! Very disappointing.

Always great service,never had an issue with delivery,the delivery drivers are always nice and professional. Keep it up! UPDATE:customer service has become really bad and now they don't deliver even if you place an order well before closing time. Lady on the phone was very lazy and unprofessional,I'm a long time customer who will now shop somewhere else.
