Domino's Pizza

I ordered my pizza at 10:50pm and sat there waiting, while 2 employees and their friend at the counter compared stuff on their phone. Clearly it was so important after 6 minutes I asked if someone was going to make my pizza. They nodded and waited another minute before making it. Clearly customer service was not important to them that night. The pizza will probably be amazing but I should not have to wait and ask for my pizza to be made. Unbelievable. Then it was on the wrong base as I asked for thin'n'crispy. Didn't even get acknowledged when my pizza was ready. Appalling customer service. New management....way behind. I hire young people too and there's no way I'd allow my staff to treat customer's in this way, too busy on their phone's to make the pizzas they are paid to make. I started this wwith a 3 star bit now it's 1.

Pathetic staff. I ordered the pizza online and then went to the store. It was still being made so I stood there. The useless hopeless fellow was sitting by the counter doing something on the computer. Didn’t even have the courtesy to greet or ask anything. I waiting for 10 mins, my order was made and live tracking showed it was made. They didn’t even bother to say it. After an additional 5mins I went to the counter to ask if it was ready, and then they went and got it for me. Hopeless people. It seemed as if the person was so busy on computer that he didn’t bother to ask if a costumer was waiting. I have read a few reviews with similar comments. I would ask the owner to take some action rather than commenting on reviews and saying sorry. It seems you haven’t learnt even after such bad reviews. Should really be ashamed of yourself. Never returning here and will request all other never to go here😡

I feel insulted. I came in on the 2nd of June at 3-4pm and this man with glasses and black hair who was serving us was so rude. I came in with me and my friend and he assumed we didnt know how to speak or understand chinese/mandarin. We ordered our pizza and he was on his phone half the time we were ordering. He put his feet on the counter while we were ordering and as he was making the pizza he said very loudly in chinese “these school kids are so annoying” My friend and I looked at eachother feeling offended and then we went outside, when we got our pizza he said in chinese again “why are they ordering pizza theyre so unhealthy” My friend and I feel offended and hurt. Please fire that man. Terrible and horrendous service, i will not be recommending this dominos to friends and family, I recommend going to some other place because even the pizza didnt taste good. Seriously , get better staff. So disappointed and offended.

The worst pizza place. Staff here can never get the order right. I ordered 3 pizza all with extra chilly flakes, none of the those had any, I asked for no peri peri sauce and still there was sauce on the pizza. Pizza was already cold. Ordered spicy peppy panner there was hardly any panner. This happens always when I get it from this store. Never going to order from here again. Just a waste of money.
