I said HOT olong milk tea! Look what they gave me! It's winter now! How can i drink this?! The good news is she made olong milk tea for me, but with pearl. Olong milk tea is $4.8, premium is $5.5. She even doesn't give me money back.

The service was pleasing, especially when you wanna quench your cravings for some bubble tea early in the morning. Pearls weren't ready though, so got the best next thing, black tea with some popping pearls. Left happy with a drink in hand and great customer service.

One of the worse chat times ! I’ve ever encountered with . I ordered from them through Uber eats and they forgot the straws but have time to put in flyers ? How are you able to drink it when there’s pearls and no straw . So we call the place and she informs us that she’ll contact the driver didn’t hear anything over 30 minutes so gave them a call back and spoke to the same lady and she didn’t nothing to help ! Didn’t even call me back to update me on what happened. When I asked she told us we can’t do anything then why give false hope ? And when we asked how were we able to drink it she told us to just use something at home how rude is that ? I ended up ripping it through and drinking it and scooping out the pearls with a spoon. Before I even finished the top I was disgust by the drink and how much the ice melted thinking she was going to send someone back. Waste of $25

I go to the shop at 9:26 in the morning and cause they open at 9:30 I ask if I can sit inside out of the cold weather and the lady working there says no. I’m fine with that then she took 10 minutes to make my peach black tea!!! Unbelievable

came here 3 times this week.
first time: I got the white pearls and they were really hard, never had this problem with the handmade pearls in Strathfield
second & third time: asked for double pearls and they gave maybe one and a half compared to how much they give at other chatimes. other people that got one standard serving got maybe a little bit half of that
8:30pm on Saturday night and they only had 1 person working, understaffed

Switched my order with another guy, remake mine without the topping and wrong sugar amount. Also they just ripped the plastic wrap and add the pearl directly instead of making new one, handling my complain with angry looking face. Pretty sure that was my last visit
