Came here on a Monday evening with a friend as this place is halfway between where we both live. It’s honestly everything you could want in a local pub. Cheap beers, good atmosphere (even when it’s empty), 80s rock playing in the background, and the bartender (she could be the boss but I’m not sure) took me back to a time that doesn’t exist any more. She was exceptionally warm, brought some complimentary chips around, kept our beers full and was just a genuinely lovely person. It’s hard for me to give this place any less than 5 stars just because of that experience.

So friendly, great beer, every week I choose the burger, and every week have zero regrets - it’s huge and tasty if you’re hungry!

We love this place. It's a great local with good beer, service and food. The inside has been beautifully redone by the new owners and is great for a gathering while the outside patio is perfect for people-watching and a casual drink. They have lunch and dinner specials.
