The best coffee. Very accommodating staff and quick service. The place was very cozy. Must try in Rosebery area, along Botany Road. When you're in the area for any reason, try their freshly roasted coffee beans (whole or ground) to take home. They have choices from 250grms/pack to 2 kls/pack. 😊

I tried coffee beans from a few different places and the ones from The Coffee Roaster is definitely one of the best, if not the best. The guy who assisted me with my purchase was extremely helpful and knowledgeable making it such a wonderful experience in itself. The lady at the front was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

This is the only place we've been getting coffee from. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Reasonable prices. The cafe is quite popular as well.
EDIT: 1 Year later. Wouldn't go anywhere else for coffee. Really big variety of blended and single origin coffee. The people here are really passionate about their coffee. It's also great they are open on Saturday. Highly recommend this place.

Stumbled on The Coffee Roaster at lunchtime. Inside has a pleasant shearing-shed style appeal. Service was personal and eager to please. The food is basic but tasty. No fine dining here. It's simple fare and nutritious. The milk shake was very creamy. Yum.

Delicious coffee, great food, friendly staff and a nice and relaxed vibe. These guys take their coffee and their roasting seriously and you definitely get the feeling there is science at work! Coffee beans can also be bought in bulk and for takeaway, so you have plenty of options on how to enjoy your brew.
