This pizza hut is always king, great stuffed crust, sauce, toppings, couldn't recommend this more for easy fast pizzas. I pick up 100% of the time so I can't vouch for delivery. Store isn't always presented the best, but the pizza is ultimately the only part that matters to me.

Only giving one star because 0 stars is not an option. My husband placed an order at 5.50pm with delivery time of 6.50pm. At 7.20pm we tried to contact the store numerous timed with no answer. Finally got through to customer service who told us the store would call us right away to discuss. It's 9.30pm and still haven't received that call. Pizza arrived at 7.30pm. Hubby told the driver to let his manager know the service was unacceptable and that we wanted compensation. The driver said "The pizza is still warm, it's not my fault". Poor effort from Pizza Hut.

As I was waiting for my order an employee slipped over dropping several containers of chicken wings onto the floor. The wings were put back into there trays and returned to the refrigerator and placed on top of other food items. I will never step foot in that store again. Absolutely discusting!!!!

5 stars for the customer service. I wanted to order 2 for 1 tuesday pizza deal but mistakenly ended up ordering 1 pizza only without adding the deal. When I asked at the counter if it is too late to get this in a deal they promptly organised this and did not charge me any extra and had my 2nd pizza ready pretty quick. Pizza hut st marys is near to me but will travel a little to come to this store each time for sure 🙂

Deliver stated 30 minutes, arrivesd over 1 hour later. Pizza was cold, crust was hard, tasteless. Tried to call whilst waiting and they don't even answer their phone! First and last time ordering from them

Worst Pizza Hut ever. Will never buy from here again. Customer service can’t help because each store is owned by a franchisee, and this one is the worst.

Shocking customer service ordered $7 margaretti no tomato for grandson manager refused said I have to pay $10.95 cause he will have to use extra cheese on a pizza with no topping.....it's saving him ingredients not costing him....no common sense

My usual store ,toppings are decent and have improved over time. Order online and pick up - will save you lot of the hassle. In store service is underwhelming.
