Rosebery Hotel

The food is good the head chef- a legend. The drinks are good value working there nice staff especially Bella very personable and good for a laugh while the drink is being prepared… the beer garden is an adequate chill spot. The place has pokies of course and a tab and a pool table… what more do you need.

Used to be a regular 25 years ago.. it's renovated in old school style, which is great! Food is excellent and is reasonably priced. Beers are getting a bit expensive but guess to be expected. It's very much the same clientele as 25 years ago. Sit in the bistro if that's an issue. Otherwise, staff are very friendly.

Went to the Rosebery Hotel for a beer as it’s not far to walk with my dog, comes up as dog friendly when you search, unfortunately I was met with a lot of hesitation and the very friendly bouncer had to go through a lot of boundaries with me if he was to allow me in with my dog. Good pub, I would just suggest taking dog friendly off the list, you won’t be able to sit there comfortably with your fur baby, ✌️

It's hard to find a pub where staff do anything above the absolute minimum, if that. Expletive laden discussions behind the bar, lackadaisical "service", empty glasses sitting on tables. No other patrons, 3 staff doing zero. If I owned this place I'd be livid. Wait.....it's been 20 minutes and the glasses have been cleared.
