Bought “mini chicken” deal.
This deal cost me $ 10.50, which is considered cheap for lunch.
Small burrito bowl, love the combo of: bean, salsa, corn tortillas, cheese , chunks of chicken, over rice.
Portion just enough for me.
Small French fries also included and for drink I change from Coca Cola to ginger beer.
Condiments are available for free, habanero bbq sauce included and some chopped coriander.
Good deal overall!

The staff are very rude! They purposely make your food slower if they don’t like you!
They’ve made my order wrong multiple times and argued with me over it.
When i asked for some jalapeños one rudely responded with “I’m going to the bathroom! Go to someone else” and left and the other gave me very old left over (seen in the picture).
I have given this branch multiple chances! They once made my order and left it in the corner for 30 minutes to piss me off.
Don’t go to this branch unless you want someone to disrespect you. I was a big fan of Guzman but lost interest because of this branch.
Also you never see these people changing gloves! They make food and take the rubbish with the exact same ones.

Smallest regular sized burrito I've ever had. Can't imagine how small the small one is. Charged extra for guac too. Hard to mess up a burrito so it was still decent but wouldn't go back.

Love Guzman, especially the veggie burrito with chimi mayo. Can get a little busy but there’s also lots of seating in the upscale Broadway food court.

They used to have a few issues with making leaky burritos that were hard to eat but they've really picked up lately.

Amazing food! The meal deal is perfect size and price. And they don’t charge more for guacamole when having the vegetable burrito. Just need vegan cheese now please!! (Mayo substitute is good though)

I got a carnitas burrito bowl which was a bit disappointing; the meat had minimal flavor. Average food for a fast food experience. You can definitely find better options, but if you need a fast meal to go, I guess this place works for that.

Don’t recommend coming here on weekends. Have to wait for 20 mins for the burrito while I can literally see it sitting on the counter, but the staff is too busy with lining the bins.
It’s totally not their fault. Most likely they were trained that way and had to do what they were taught... need better training.
