Bowie Expresso

Newly renovated Korean coffee shop in Regency Place, formerly Bluebird Coffee. The shop is now much brighter, cleaner and looks great. Nice cake selection with Asian style cheesecakes. The coffee itself was good, decent strength and well drawn. Staff were friendly and did table service outside. I really like the new tree lined seating outside.

Nothing like value for money, a cheese ham and tomato toast sandwich for 7.50 and there is nothing better when you are hungry in the morning. I had my regular double shot flat white that I have everywhere and liked the taste of their coffee bean. The coffee shop is in a convenient location, Staff are friendly and the shop has a very bright white fresh feel to it.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The matcha lattes are incredible (and I’m not usually a matcha fan). The service and smile I get every time I walk in brightens my day - thank you Sora! Such a great selection of snacks, desserts, and milk alternatives. My boyfriend and I have found our favorite coffee shop in Sydney!

Some baristas there make beautiful coffee but one female barista makes undrinkable coffee. When I ask for "not too hot" coffee, what she gives me is always boiling extra hot one. Coffee shot also tasted burnt. I'd still go there when other baristas work but I am definitely not willing to pay for her coffee.
