Manoosh Pizzeria Waterloo

***UPDATE: This has now been resolved thanks to Sean at Manoosh - I have since enjoyed several other orders that have been perfect!*** Manoosh was my favourite pizza place, their Chilli Chicken and Prawn & Chorizo is fantastic (especially with garlic dip on it!). My last delivery order was placed directly through their website, but arrived in an inedible condition (see photos) - all the toppings had slid off the pizza and it was cold. I spoke to the Waterloo store and they couldn't redeliver for another 45minutes, so after some back-and-forth, reluctantly agreed to refund the order - the refund was never processed, despite me following up with them via email. They also overcharged me for the order on my credit card, so I have now had to raise a transaction dispute with my credit card provider in hopes of resolving this issue. Really disappointing service from a place that I used to love.

Can not fault their all day wrap combo! Always fresh bread and the chicken is just cooked right. What stands out are their chips. Always fresh and crunchy. Only thing they could improve on is the consistency of their wraps as one time you may get just the right amount of salad, then another time they go a bit too light on it. All and all great feed.

Man^oosh !! Oh my God!! this is a pizza paradise !! Just ordered my pizza, dessert & wrap !! They got delivered on time. I heard about manoosh too often from friends but, never tried one. With lockdown, I cant go out to dine so, had to get my food delivered. I tried this place today and I don't regret my order. I like their daily deals and they're cost friendly!!. I've seen their menu and so excited to try their wraps, Pizza's, Salad & desserts in coming days. MAN !! YOU GOTTA TRY THIS PLACE IN WATERLOO FOR REAL !
