I would have rated this place 3 stars if I didn't find out that their sign on the counter says 2% surcharge for paypass but it is actually more than 2% (2.31% to be exact). I wouldn't mind paying 2.3% surcharge if they could just inform HONESTLY that they charge 2.3%. Everybody can check their bank activity on the phone now there is no point lying to the customers like that. About the food, soup tastes alright although a bit bland, but bland is always better than salty. However, I found my wonton pastry still raw (probably cause they have been in the freezer and they didn't cook them long enough), so I only ate the meat part and left out the pastry.

The service at this place is absolutely HORRIBLE. The staff are very rude. The food is mediocre. Usually in late evenings, places like this would put a discount on their leftover food throughout the day, BUT this place doesn't they still charge you full price. The old lady literally gave me 4 pieces of tofu and they put lots of sauce on it to APPEAR like it's a lot. When I asked for more she simply said I would need to pay extra $3 to add another dish. I mean...which place only gives 4 pieces of tofu as the second dish?! It's just ridiculous the portions are tiny and it's not worth the price. I would give it 0 STARS if I could.

If I could, I’d give it 0 stars. Ordered here twice, first food was average. Didn’t finish it. Mongolian lamb tasted like it was fried when still frozen because it was chewy and smelt weird. 2nd time I went to try other options they had, I didn’t even get served because 3 others pushed in and the woman ignored me 3 times and served everyone else so I walked away disgusted. Shambolic customer service and average food is not worth the wait.

Always a pleasure of purchasing pork chop with tomato rice from this establishment for over 30 years now. 4 Star - for not giving away free soup as it used to be, otherwise I will give 5 Star for it. Ever since the oxford-dixon food court days..., My family also enjoyed the visit from this joint. They tried different foods, and yhey love it. Recommended. Good price and fast.
