Just bought a cake which had a chuck of the icing removed. I was shown I asked for a discount she said ok.
I would of been happy with $2 off as it is a $25 cake and probably been sitting in the cabinet at least overnight +
I gave the girl my money she charged me full price gave the change and when I questioned her she said no discount no discount!
I’ve had a lot of dealing with bread top before and the customer service has been above and beyond. BUT today I’m not impressed.
Please understand that your service people should also be able to understand English not just Chinese. I was totally appalled on how I was treated by this bread top never again!

You need to update your opening hours on Google Maps. Supposed to be open at 7:30am, arrived at 8:15am and the store was still closed. I understand that COVID-19 has caused some changes to trading hours, but you should keep your information accurate!

I bought a piece of chocolate hot cross bun this morning, I tasted chemicals(maybe banana water) and throw the bun immediately. Didnt got time to go back and argue with them as i have to get to work on time. I'm sitting on the bus with my mouth burning and scared the bite of chemicals i've eat. I've been buying bread from this bread top for last few months and they are fine. But this banana water flavoured hot cross bun will be my last buy.

As someone who prefers birthday cakes with a nice balance (creamy and not sickly sweet), the ones here are great. I’d recommend the Black Forest and the blueberry cheesecake.

This is the best bread shop in Sydney. They sell always fresh and tasty bread. Cheese tart is my fav.

Great service and great taste. I like to buy some cakes when I am going to play computer games with my friends at net bars.

Store is quite dirty and staff are pretty oblivious and don't seem to care much but bread is delicious
