Serving in thin plastic bowls are the main issue here, plus food is not as good as should be. Limited and inexperienced staff another cause to poor customer service. I ordered chicken pad sew but all you can see is thin rice noodle with lots of Chinese broccoli and very few carrots in it.

The worse service ever! Serving in-house orders in the a thin plastic bowl that can't even hold the hot soup. The bowl gave in while lifting the bowl of the pick up counter and they seriously wanted to charge me for a replacement and were fuzzy about the fact that I was upset.
In the end I didn't get a replacement dish nor my money back. 14$ on the flo

I ordered a Thai fried rice and ended up getting oily over cooked fried rice totally wasted my money. Very very disappointing food quality served in a plastic container also the main thing is they don’t have fresh chilli for Thai fried rice they use powdered chilli. I will give the 0/5 on rating that’s my last day never gonna go again. I feel soo sorry for the owner.

Every time I'm in the area, I always convince everyone to go here. The portions are fantastic and the prices are good too! Always a favourite of mine! The staff are always cheery and you don't usually have to wait long for your food. Highly recommended the Pad See Ew!

Hard to really said anything about the taste. I always stop to grab some sukho thai noodles soup for my daughter as she loves it but taste has been really different lately. A real lack of taste i should say. They often run out of ingredints. Yestersay was the bbq pork. Staff speak only thai and i found it kind of rude to say something in thai in front of the customer and laugh. As it could be a joke or an insult towards the customer. Maybe focus on cooking will be great

Used to like this place until they lowered themselves and advertised all Halal certified meats used in their dishes.
