Crust Pizza Alexandria

An absolute disgrace and shambles of a company. My last order took 3 hours to arrive and was cold, as I live in Alexandria this is ridiculous and not acceptable. Got a credit on my account however, my next order 2 pizzas were missing from the order and the excuse the store gave was “sorry the delivery driver was new”. Do not order from here, the store needs a lot of work and perhaps the current (if any) manager gets the door.

Unfortunately, I've now been waiting 75 mins for my pizza to arrive. I tried calling after an hour, but my calls just rang out. Ten minutes and 11 attempts later (I'm persistent if nothing else) the phone was finally picked up. I then waited another 5 minutes on hold, with clashing and shouting in the background, as the staff member went to 'find my pizza'. It sounded like the kitchen from Fawlty Towers and I really felt for the frazzled staff member as they rushed around asking people where the errant pizza had gone. Something in this restaurant was obviously going terribly wrong. FInally I was told that the pizza was in the kitchen and 'on it's way' with an ETA of 20 mins. Then a perfunctory and belated apology. FIngers crossed it will arrive at some point tonight. Even if it does my experience tonight earns 1 star

No more ordering from Alexandria loyal customer one time complain I don’t ask for much Spoke with RAM rude wanting to offer a free side value $6 lost a loyal customer as well! I don’t complain go elsewhere avoid this place not to mention pizza come with an attitude from owner on phone 📱 doesn’t want to hear anything emails doesn’t look! I’d upload a pizza it won’t allow me too !

We have now been waiting an 1hr and 45 mins for a 30 min order. The store does not pick up the phone and we have no idea if the food is coming. Very disappointed in crust. Wouldn’t order again after this experience. Hopefully we will get our order or a refund but we have had to sort out other food. Update: pizzas came cold just over 2hrs after ordering. Pizzas and garlic bread were both under cooked.
