The Grange Buffet

(Update on July 2020: The staff of the club told me that it won't reopen) Everything here is reasonable. There was a good diversity of food. You cannot say the food is excellent or very tasty, but with less than $30 you can try so many different food. It is value for money or occasional celebration when you have accomplish a big task. BTW, many of the staff here can speak Cantonese and will be more friendly when you speak Cantonese with them.

15 family members and I had chosen this venue for a one off family gathering only to find that the quality of food was not appropriate, such as the Cold Seafood "Crab" was rewashed tasteless due to it being old, the hot food tasted like it was reheated old and dry. It appears that the restaurant catered mostly for Asian cuisine, the restaurant appears outdated old, such as limited lighting in the female toilets. The drinks ordered where very watery and where quite costly and due to the reception and serving staff and their language barrier we had problems communicating. Unfortunately the next day most of my family members has stomach upsets due to the food from this restaurant. If you area after quality for your moneys, stay away from this place.

Went there last night and NEVER AGAIN!!! Completely over priced for disgusting food. Nothing was fresh. Most of the food was dried out and not that much variety compared to other buffets. The pork was grey and re heated. The only thing I did enjoy was the watermelon, ice cream and prawn cutlets. The plates weren’t all that clean and two of the glasses still had someone else’s lipstick marks on them! If I could give no stars I would! Give me star buffet at Campbelltown anyday! They know variety, freshness and cleanliness plus they’re cheaper! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING! BIG THUMBS DOWN! 👎🏽

Went there on a Sunday. Poor quality food. The fish in white wine sauce was badly undercooked. The mushroom sauce had no mushroom but was plain gagrlic gravy instead. Pumpkin soup was tasteless. the so called hot and sour soup was nothing but a gross mouthful of vinegar and bamboo shoots. They call this food? what a waste of money. The only selection that was nice was the dessert bar. But I wouldn't pay 20 something bucks for just dessert from a place like that

Trust the buffet restaurant has changed hands in Sept 2016. Dinner price has been dropped by $13 to $23.9 for Tuesday dinner. Though oysters have been dropped from the previous list, prawns, mussels, fish etc are available. Food quality is of high standard. Both Asian & Western food are very nice & delicious. My family have been impressed by the many varieties of desserts and fruits. Staff always friendly, helpful and perfectly attentive. Being a member, I enjoyed a further $2 discount for the already very attarctive Tuesday buffet dinner price. My family did have a wonderful time in Grange Kogarah and we would highly recommend to others.
