This dominos hands downs has to be the worst service I have ever experienced, I’m not really the type to leave reviews but I have never been so outraged with a store in my life. A few months ago I placed an order and numerous calls and being continuously told it was on it way… it never showed up after 4 hours! Mind you I live under 3 minutes drive away. They then told me they’d refund me which I never received. I tried chasing it up but they never answer their phone. I honestly couldn’t be bothered to try keep chasing this up with the staff because my housemate who also frequently orders pizza has had complication after complication too. I’ve also ordered recently, again took over two and a half hours to arrive. I also selected the timed delivery so if it doesn’t come in time I am given a free pizza voucher- never received that. This service is hopeless and needs some serious fixing. 🫶🏽

I order my food, never got a confirmation message but was notificates from my bank account that payment was done. Called them to check if they got the order, they said it would take 40min longer to deliver and guess what??? I NEVER GOT ANYTHING DELIVERED. Since that first call magically their phone isn’t working (even when I come through, no one picked up). Explain that

After trying to call to cancel 3 times (and receiving the 'message box full' automated response), after trying to cancel on the app and website, I eventually received the order 2 hours later, despite the quoted time of 20 min (having given up on it coming at all). If you are in the area and want your meal in a timely fashion (or the ability to contact the store to cancel!) use the enmore or newtown branch - never had issues with them.

Terrible experience from this store. I ordered a pizza online and paid extra to add mushrooms on top. It got delivered without the mushroom, so i called the store and the person on the line said that next time i order i will get a free pizza. Then they refuse to pick up the call the next time i ordered. Absolute terrible service

Ordered 6 ham and cheese value $5 all with extra pineapple $2 each... result: half a small can of pineapples cost $12... I guess value with extra is not worth it 👎🏾

Ordered through Uber Eats, 5-25 mins estimated delivery. Just never turned up. No message from the restaurant. Would not answer the phone.

Love their quick hot cheap pizza. I have been ordering here for years and it's not often they've served up a disappointing pizza.
Recently they've been promoting 50% extra pizza for $3. I can recommend the upgrade. 1 pizza - 2 adult men - full guts and a quick nap!

I have had two orders not arrive from these guys in one week. You can not call them to ask where your order is, because they will either put on hold (best case) or just not pick up the phone
They are using the deliveroo app to effectively steal money from you.
