If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is the second time I have ordered (via the KFC app) KFC and once again they have failed miserably. Shame on me for giving KFC the benefit of the doubt. My first order was missing critical items. The second time around (see attached pictures) - mould on the burger bun, a 5 piece chicken box (disgraceful sizing portion), smashed dinner buns and once again more missing food items. Stay away and order Nandos or Red Rooster.

KFC Dar,ing Harbour Food Court Visited on 18/6/2022 This must be the worst experience I ever encounter with a KFC store. Not only the order of 10 Chicken Wings is taken incorrectly, the junior staff does not redeem me a soft drink and a small chip when I present the QR code coupon. After checking the receipt, I discover the bill is excessive, but further investigation shows that Original chicken pieces are supplied instead of wings. Another staff then replaces the Origibal with Chicken Wings, but she does nor refund me for a product cheaper than the first lot. My patience has reached rick bottom. I ask for the manager and takes another 5 minutes for the matter to resolve.

The KFC itself was up to it usual great fast food quality. But the service was about as terrible as anything I've ever experienced, the surviving staff really hated there jobs and didn't try to hide it. I'm not one to care to much about my experience at any fast food restaurant but they where so rude and dismissive that I'll make a note to never return to that KFC and probably won't go to any for the forcibly future.

Went to get a ‘quick’ meal or so I thought. Waited 48 mins for a 2 piece feed of hot and spicy. The kitchen was out of control and had people waiting in excess of an hour with many families with small kids. When I got my delayed box it was incorrect with original instead, went back and the guy changed it to hot n spicy. Went back to eat and the chicken was awful, no spice, the oil was burnt. Never have I tasted chicken at that level. This is Robbery to accept customers money and deliver to this standard. Wasted the chicken as it was inedible. Taking it back to the counter was a waste as there were 60 orders behind. Suggestion for next time or during vivid times * put on more staff *train staff better in how to deal with customers when under pressure *check oil when turning over that many orders *don’t take online orders when you can’t accomodate face to face customers who are in front of your face This does not define FAST FoOD. I would suggest you send out compensation vouchers for those who dined at Darling Harbour KFC on the 29/5 between 6-8pm. I personally would never come back after that experience.

The place seemed to be short staffed. There was no seating to be had as there were dried spilled slushies on the floor, table and chair. Old food and containers were strewn across the tables. The lady that served us knocked our slushy on the counter and the lid came off spilling about 100ml of raspberry slushy across the counter. This was not cleaned up until after we let 10 minutes later. The chips we received were liberally salted to the point where they were almost in edible. It was the lowest standard of hygiene I have ever encountered in a fast food restaurant.

I bought 6 pieces of chicken through Menulog this morning. The chicken wasn’t fresh. It tastes like spoiled chicken and smells bad too. Now I got a stomachache and threw up after eating that chicken. Better to do quality control of your product. As I have eggshells on the chicken skin as well. It tastes horrible. I just waste $27 for this.
