Lightly cured ocean trout, daikon, puffed buckwheat, mayo: absolutely stunning dish! The trout was really tasty. The puffed buckwheat added a nice extra dimension to the dish. Excellent!

Roast baby carrots, custard, black garlic: this was so simple yet so yummy! The black garlic sauce was amazing 🤤🤤🤤.

12 hour slow cooked lamb shoulder, spiced eggplant, black barley, buttermilk: super super yummy dish! The lamb was cooked to perfection. So tender!

Crinkle cut chips, Eliza salt: not sure what that salt is, but it sure is delicious!

Salted caramel parfait, dried brownie and almond: perfect end to a great meal. Not too heavy of a dessert option. Perfect combination of flavours without being too overpowered by the caramel. Yummy!

Ignore reviews, go give a new member of the Darlo family a chance and make your own decision. With so many businesses failing and vacancies all over the place. The new kid is a welcome addition.

Fantastic! Modern Australian food with old school style and service. Delicious food, The Cold Kangaroo is outstanding! MUST try the Carrot and Lamb. Great local wine list, Reisling from SA was a perfect compliment to the meal. Berry Brulee! Beautiful.
