Order was easy, delivery person was super nice… pizza not so much. Arrived cold, undercooked, sloppy… and as you can see many prices without cheese (on a cheese pizza!). :(

Apart from waiting a while, the pizza is horrible. No joke it’s only tastes a little better than the frozen oven made pizzas that you can buy for $5 from woolies. Pizza Hut has truly lost its way since the late 90’s early 2000’s!

I have asked them to make me pizza with enough toppings and less cheese, after an hour wait they gave me this pizza and said we can’t do much do what ever u can

ordered online, and store refused the delivery as it was 30 mins before close. but were more than happy to take the money off my credit card. and make us wait up to 5 days for the refund.

Received order - 6 wings and 2 pizzas.
Got delivered after 2 hrs .
Called the store they never picked up. I am on hold till
Now for more than 1 hr. No answer.

Placed a pickup order online & used an alias ( not real name ) for the transaction. Amazingly I receive a scam email a day later using the same alias I used for the order. Pizza Hut are forwarding personal contact details onto scammers. BEWARE!

Worst Pizza Hut ever.
Ever since the previous manager left this place has gone downhill.
It's so hit and miss. I always get supreme but last few times the ingredients are messed up. One time the pizza was actually burnt. How does that happen? The new lot that work here have different standards.

Ordered online in the afternoon to pick up at 7pm. Turned up to pick up the order at 7pm and order was not even noticed. They started to prepare the order after 7pm. Not good enough. All staff had was “sorry, really sorry”
