I've been to many KFC'S and this is the worst one in terms of food. I took food from drive through just 2 times and both the time food was disappointing. Chicken nuggets was like eating rubber both the times and chicken in zinger box was not cooked properly did not taste good had to chuck in the bin. Fries were also completely soggy like really old one. Not going to this place anymore.

Worst KFC experience. We had the mixed feast. All the items were cold. Chips were soggy. No wonder the place was so quiet on a Friday evening. Used to have hot and fresh chicken. Very disappointing. Just read some of the reviews with similar experience. Wont be going back for such poor food quality.

By far the worst KFC I have ever experienced in my entire life. Asked for all my food to be fresh, the chips came out half soggy half cardboard.. I had asked for 3 drum sticks they give me 1 cold one.. the burger was the putrid I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. Oh I also forgot to mention, I was waiting in the bay for a well 15 minutes for my food to be ready. Poor attitude by the workers, dragging their feet, no manners & very disrespectful.

Every order from here includes a mistake. Chips were amazing maybe 1yr ago but they've been soggy and undercooked since mid-2021. Used to thoroughly enjoy this kfc, now its a disappoint. Literally just ordered two meals, both with a large Pepsi max, and we got 2 cool ridge waters. Ordered the zingers with double pepper mayo instead of normal mayo (highly recommend the switch) however only 1 came with pepper mayo and it was not double. Anyone who goes here make sure you sit in your car at the window and check your order every time. Those who frequent this establishment will understand the minor delay to ensure you get what you ordered.

I had a very bad experience at Kfc Lakemba. Firstly, my chicken was too oily, old and chewy.Secondly, my order was incorrect i received chicken breast instead of rib. I sent an email to the store and the girl who took my order was rude. She need to change her attitude. She told me that she will fix this issue but there was no reply. I rang and emailed head office twice but nothing was done. I am very disappointed with their service.
