Asked for a hot and spicy pizza delivery bundle I was given a surf n turf 🤮 with my bottle of coke already opened disgusting! I've call to make a complaint especially been looking forward for dinner I rate this 1 and bad customer service

We'd ordered pick up and yet we still have to wait another 30 minutes. We ended up with the wrong pizza and had to drive back. We got an extra pizza out of it, but it was not worth the time and the pizza was dry and missing ingredients.

Horrible experience at this pizza hut store. My partner ordered for it to be delivered at 1.45pm, she had to call up to follow up around 1.50pm as the order was still being prepared, the guy said that he was on the way and would arrive in 5-10minutes. She had to call 3 additional times to follow up and apparently he went to the wrong location. What's the point of planning a delivery in advanced if they are going to be over 50minutes late? She couldnt collect the pizza as it was no longer her lunch time. We've asked for a refund and have yet to see it processed. Very disappointing experience here - their app doesnt work and the staff are inefficient. Don't bother coming here.

Very disgusted.
I went to pick up my pizza and there was very disgusting foul smell to the entire pizza shop. It looked like it’s never cleaned. The customer service is terrible. I was stared at for a good 5 minutes before anyone even came to check up on what my order was. Not one single person has gloves on preparing any food. They are just standing around doing nothing. I’m am very very appalled by how this business is ran

I ordered my meal and specific asked for it to be delivered hot pizzas came cold and burnt the sides were the only things that were warm its not the first time its happened either ..... never ordering from them again

We got very good experience with Pizza Hut brand before but not this time. Ordered 12 chicken wings for my family on the day they sale off for $1 each. Those wings tasted not fresh and as a consequence we all got stomachache after.
I deeply understand it is how business work, but selling out of date food not only gain benefit but also put your customers away.
Sadly, we have to say goodbye to the brand for our health consideration.

I ordered through ubereats and really dissatisfied with the pizza. Base was worst. I tried this first time and really bad experience. Manoush shops are much better than this store.
