Tim Hortons

I have just had what I believe is my first cup of the new Hershey hot chocolate. If so, it is the most disgusting cup of swill I have ever tasted. It is watered down and tasteless. If this is what is going to be passed off as hot chocolate may you never sell another cup again. Can you tell I hate it!

I agree with the other person who reviewed the Tim Horton's on Charlotte St but all Tim's in Sydney are like that, it is not the fault of the employees they are overworked, i use to go to Tim's but with all the cut in hours, lay offs Etc, they use to have people cleaning the tables at least for 4 hours a day, everytime there is a rise in the Min wage or the prices what do the local owners do, they lay off, cut hours or shifts and now without true competition here in Cape Breton all locations are exactly as you described it.

The worst service of any COFFEE SHOP that I have been in anywhere and anytime in my life.If I were you I would never even waste my time going in,unless it you want to get the worst cup of coffee ever & the staff does not even know the difference between milk and cream & if you tell them that they made a mistake they do the same thing & tell you that it is what you ordered when you know it is not and they argue with you.Signed :Tom Brennan.
