Definitely the best and most underrated Japanese I've tried in SP, probably one of the best I've tried around the world. Not on the same level as the other 'highly rated' Japanese here. The sushis are on Jun sakamoto level but the starters/other dishes are better, the seasoning are more sophisticated. A good mixture of traditional Japanese and well done/thoughtful fusion. Make sure you try the omakase when the head chef Tadashi is there.
