Ihop

Saw the commercials on TV of their new seasonal pancakes so we went today. I had their pumpkin pancakes with their butter pecan syrup. It was really good. Want to go back and try their other seasonal pancakes. You can make it a combo but I just wanted the pancakes. My husband had the smoked breakfast which he hasn't seen elsewhere. He loved his breakfast. Our server, Narda, was great, very friendly and checked on us multiple times. Looking forward to going back. UPDATE Feb 21 2022 tried lunch today instead of breakfast. Good selection. Had the new turkey melt

We go to IHOP once a year to eat in but usually order to go. Our regular location closed a few hours early. We went to this location and absolutely enjoyed this location a lot more. Maybe the best IHOP we've been to in 8 states. The service was friendly and super fast for a super busy day. We had an issue with one of our orders but they We super quick to offer to help and fix it. We will be back again and look forward to the same great service we received.

as a server, i understand their struggles, but overall, i wouldn't really recommend their curbside pickup. i only ordered two items on the website, came right before pickup time and called, and they said on the phone they'd run it out right after finishing something, which is completely fine... but then 10 minutes go by and I don't get like any text messages or see anyone so I just call again to check. Not that long of a wait so really not a big deal, but when they answered again they were just like there's still a few items missing...so I asked how much longer it would be, because you know, estimates ? and they were just like .. "i don't really pay attention to that stuff" and then i waited another 10 minutes and it was finally done so, again, not much of a wait, but 20 additional minutes can be a big deal to people in a crunch, so do with that info what you will overall just really average ihop service i guess but the worst part was getting home and seeing that they didn't even put the cream filling in the crepes at all? and the omelette was like completely lopsided and had almost no filling. just really unsatisfied with my curbside experience , wouldn't recommend to anyone from this location.

The food was pretty good overall but the service was absolutely terrible. We waited 10 minutes to be seated after multiple staff members had walked passed us. We finally got seated and someone took our drink order. Then a different waitress took our food order. We never had the same person bring us our order. After we had eaten we waited for 20 minutes to have our check brought out to us and it never came. We had to go up to the front and wait another 20 minutes for someone to help us. Never coming back

not real happy being seated way in the back by the bathroom when there are booths out in front . we have a six year old that does behave .and why are we sitting in what seems like an employee lounge? just seems strange . oh and don't forget the loud kitchen noise not a great dining experience. our waitress was pleasant though.

Hostess looked right at us as we came in and proceeded to talk to other waitresses as we waited in an almost empty restaurant for 20 minutes. One waitress was fighting and yelling in front of every one seated, she even yelled at a customer because he didn’t hear her correctly & you can see the other waitresses were tired of her. Food was decent but service was awful, one waitress especially.
