Great coffee, service and atmosphere. Easy to get to and park, very comfortable seating, plenty of table space. This is one of the best places to enjoy the charm of Old Town Tacoma, and a cup of of hot cocoa and coffee.

Really sad because this location is great, but the service and policies are not like any other Starbucks I’ve been to. They seem to always make up their own rules...Completely contradicting other Starbuck store policies.
But I was also discouraged by the service there. Even with regulars they don’t seem to be warm or friendly.
And example of opposite policy: this store refuses to grind Starbucks coffee beans. Every other store allows you to bring in Starbucks coffee beans. Minus the store Starbucks which I understand.

On bueatiful sunny day this is one of the nicest Starbucks in Tacoma. I love this Starbucks the Staff is friendly and it's always clean. My only complaint is that is closes so early but I think this is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and study the bible, read or plan business stuff

We were served by Matt. Best frappicinos we've had from any Starbucks! The flavors were perfectly balanced, blended until smooth and frothy, no ice chunks and not watered down. We visited about 30 min to closing and his attitude was enthusiastic, friendly, helpful and positive. Excellent service!!!

Best Starbucks ever...anywhere! We moved out of state, and make a point to visit this location every chance we get when we come back to visit family, etc. Coffee tastes better, baristas are nicer, ambience and location are awesome too. Keep up the great work!

Fabulous! Close to waterfront, friendly staff, ambience was great. Go from smelling water to the aroma of fresh brewed coffee. Plenty of tables to sit and enjoy! One of the best Starbucks I've visited!! I recommend it.

This is one of my favorite places to work remotely. It’s boring and quiet which helps me focus. It’s Starbucks so they always have food and caffeine. It’s consistent. Also the people that work there are super nice.
