Burger Broiler

Ordered through door dash and our whole order was trash. Soggy, oil logged brown fries, missing tacos, missing drinks, and the burgers that we ordered were missing cheese, covered in onions when we said no onions, and should have been tossed in the trash since it was all leftover, end of the day meat. Spent over 60 dollars and it was all cold and when I called they hung up on me when I asked to speak to the manager. Not the first time and definitely won't be back. There's a reason your employees work at a burger joint and nothing better.

Always had good time at burger broiler always fast and fresh. I usually order a burger combo and I’ve never been disappointed. Sometimes, I order my combo to go and because I use a cane they offered to carry my food out to my car. That’s good service. I recommend this place for anyone looking for great burgers and fries.

.75 added if you place an order to go. Just petty and insulting. A smart owner would just balance it out across the products and increase the price. it's already over priced tho at $7.50+ per burger. I question their whole business now if they are petty enough to charge an extra fee just for to go orders. Not smart enough to realize it cost more to have customers in the building who keep asking for more ketchup, keep filling up their drinks, and getting more sauces over and over again. Then a portion of them still ask for a to go box. Good concept. Bad execution. All this for .75c. Good luck with that.

Everything about this place gets an A+. The customer service is always pleasant and going above and beyond. The food is always great. I make a point to order something I normally wouldn’t here because I know I won’t be disappointed, and I haven’t yet. I spent many years as a barista, so imagine my surprise when I ordered a coffee with actual espresso shots in it from a burger/taco place. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for Mexican food in Tacoma/Parkland. Its almost like THE taco bus in Puyallup (that was in the gas station parking lot that now has its own store front) frugals, and gravity coffee collided. As a side note, the employees all make it a point to keep it as clean as possible. Eat local!

Some of the best burgers I've had. Seems like the ventilation is better since I last came inside. Very clean and fast service freshly made meat that they say is never frozen speaks to the dedication of the workers are amazing and a asset on the job and if they live life like the way they work then they must be a blessing to know. Thank you for being part of this community

Burger Broiler is one of the best late night spots in Tacoma. They provide great customer service and a wide variety of meal options. With the exception of the fish basket, the food is consistent. Burgers and chicken sandwiches are always on point, and their homemade or "fresh cut fries" are the bomb! Always tasty.
