My 4 Sons Bbq

I ordered a beef rib - 1lb, 1 lb of pulled pork, 1/2 lb of pulled chicken and brisket. The chicken is tender. I have become a fan of the pulled pork. Fresh, its really great tasting and has a great texture. The whole reason why I shop here is the brisket and beef rib. This brisket, the fatty side is to die for. Great bark, juicy, and just enough smoke. The beef rib, is my favorite. You must grab it with one hand, pick it up, and go barbarian and right to the mouth. Every rib I have ever received from this place is at least 1 lb. Everyone should at least give this place a try.

Moving from Texas I was missing some good honest bbq, I found this spot and tried it on a whim, and I was blown away! I ordered the bbq Sunday, burnt ends and brisket. Burnt ends were packed full of flavor, perfectly tender and bursting with flavor. Brisket had the perfect pull, smokey flavor and oh so tender! The bbq sundae was great too. 11/10 will be coming back for more and will be bringing friends and family. Do not pass up!

I came by this place before and they were closed. Four months later we decided to stop by again and this time they were open. I read reviews of this establishment and they got a lot of good feed back. They say stuff like the food is delicious and the people are all so friendly. We ordered a half pound of pulled-pork, full slab of ribs, coleslaw and 8 pcs of mini cornbread. The pulled-pork was delicious, the cornbread was good and the ribs was tasty. But five pieces of ribs were very dry. We came to this establishment to dine-in but decided to take it to go. Would i revisit this restaurant again you may ask. Yup I would definitely comeback to try their burnt-ends and their chicken.

Yummy 😋 My ribs were perfect! Didn't actually fall off the bone but super close to it. They weren't too fatty, just nice tender porky goodness. The coleslaw fortunately wasn't too sweet as I prefer a savory slaw with no sugar in the dressing. The pickles were great as well and appeared to be homemade?

I have been here once. We loved it. However you are never open? The weekend would be the best time to be open instead you are closed on weekends? This really makes us upset. Why are you not open on the weekends. Your brisket is amazing. Better than most Southern BBQ places. We are from Texas. And it's so good you don't need sauce,. Actually the sauce hides some of that amazing smoked flavor. It lingers in your mouth leaving you wanting more

We tried this for the first time as we've heard several people mention it. My wife called in the order and I picked it up. When I got there they said they were out of ribs and it would be a while so if I wanted to substitute something else. Well they really didn't say I had a choice but more what did I want to substitute. Anyway all was fine. We had 4 orders so got a taste of all the Meats (except ribs) and the sides. None of the side really jumped out at us. Scaled of 1-5 I'd say most where a 3 a couple were 2's. They put some sauce in the bag and it appears all the same flavor. I don't know if they have any other flavor but it was a 4. Kinda sweet, no heat, but good flavor. The Meats were good. All were 3's, none really jumped out, but good. I'd go back if i was near this place but I wouldn't drive out of my way as I did to try it. One thing I didn't believe needed to be shown was the businesses person view of "The Supreme Leader" sign that was on the outside windows and at the cash register. I think businesses are best to just do what's required or mandated by city, county,, state, and federal governments not voice or display their own political beliefs. You may have a lot of repeat customers who will take a negative view regarding anything. That's customers and money lost. So I was not impressed by the business smarts of allowing signs displayed like that. Just a suggestion. A follow-up to/after the owners response. I never said I took offense to the sign I merely stated that I didn't think it was a smart business decision. However based on the owner response now I might understand more. Might be decent food but poor business decisions may lead to less customer base. :-(
