Popeye's Chicken And Biscuits

We like Popeyes it has some good chicken but this location was not up to the satisfaction. This is not a critic in a bad way, it's a suggestion to improve the quality of the food and the improvement of the services it offers. Bathroom had no soap or paper towels Macaroni cheese looked like it's a day old and theres many ways to reheat food and to make it look good. The soda had no ice. Some of us acknowledge that labor is in high demand right now and it's up to the leaders or the owner to step in and find solutions to the problems and motivate the team members to help the company strive for better service. In the food business, I always had told the people I managed, if you would eat it then serve it, if not why would the customer want it.

So last time I door dashed Popeyes they forgot some of my order. I called the manager and he offered to replace the whole meal at no charge on my next visit. Moving forward a few weeks I decided to get my family meal and order another one on top of that. Even though they were just closing the staff was super friendly and to my surprise they didn't charge us for anything. All the food was great and we even got drinks taken care of. This Popeyes staff is awesome and the manager there should be thankful he has such a dedicated crew. I love the food here and the service is always on point! Thank you for reading and enjoy!

First, they've started upcharging to add sides to kids meals when they've not done that before and they don't tell you. I asked for mac instead of the applesauce(I asked before adding it if sides could be added and was told yes, but there was no mention of an upcharge). 2x4.99 per kids meal +6.99 shrimp tackle box doesn't equal 25+. When I got to the window I was finally told that it's an extra $3 per mac&cheese added to the kids. Since when? Then I get home and I'm eating and find someone's hair in my mac. (The hair I found is on the napkin. My hair is the other pic).. I guess I'll be giving popeyes a break again.

Yesterday I came here and Devon took my order. He was extremely friendly and helpful. There was something missing from my order, and he replaced it quickly with no complaints. Today another young lady took my order. I don't know her name but she has some beautiful green nails. Anyways, her customer service was extraordinary! Customer Service is my specialty and this young lady exceeded my expectations. I travel 5 miles out of the way, passing up the other Popeyes location to order from this store because my order is always accurate, the service is fast, and most importantly EVERYONE has always been extra nice. Thank you to all the team members for allowing me to use your lobby today to catch up on homework while I ate lunch!! Kudos to all of you for a job well done!! I appreciate you all!!

I love Popeyes but yesterday may be the worst experience I've had at one. I've eaten from this particular location several times before but only via the drive through. Yesterday however we decided to go inside and it definitely gave me a whole different experience. I can say the food usually tastes pretty good but after what I witnessed yesterday I will not be returning to this location. I witnessed several things that gave me health concerns for myself and the others going through the drive through who are unable to see what's going on inside. The young lady who prepared my order (I believe she is a manager) came in from outside with supplies, before jumping in to make my food she never washed her hands or put on any gloves. I witnessed another worker handle cash with gloves on but then went and touched the food directly after without washing hands or changing gloves. I watched two other people actually touch food with their bare unwashed hands after picking up trash off the floor. I understand that it's fast paced work but please teach your staff the importance of being CLEAN and SANITARY! Food Bourne illnesses are are real thing and it's just disgusting. Hope your store is able to make improvements.

Yo this place is an abomination. I’m surprised the pierce county health hasn’t shut it down. No soap or paper towels in the bathroom, and I straight up seen this worker drop the containers in the sink, dump the water out and put them back on the shelf and started packing the food in it. Not to mention them dropping chicken and just putting back in the box.
