Carl's Jr.

So at 3:50pm June 25th 2022. I ordered a western burger with no cheese. The lady repeated my order back to me and she also said no cheese. So when I drive up to pick up my order a young lady repeated my order back to me but didn’t say “no cheese” so I said Hey make sure there is no cheese. They young girl said “oh yeah girl I got you , no cheese. Don’t worry”. Now tell me why I drive all the way across town and get home and guess what everybody. They put CHEEEESE ON MY BURGEEEEER. I called and spoke to a manager named Maria and Maria said oh I made your order and there was a special sticker on it. I asked MARIA what does a special sticker mean. She said a modification to the sandwich. So basically meaning something is either added or taken away. Maria admits to putting cheese on my burger and says I’ll put your name on the list for a new burger. No Maria. Gas is $6 a gallon and I’m not driving 20 mins just to get a burger. How about give me my money back since you admitted to putting cheese on my burger and ignoring the special sticker. Btw MARIA im allergic to cheese. Thanks a lot.

We ordered from the drive thru and only ordered 3 items. Biscuit and gravy, hash brown and burger breakfast , when we get home the burger doesn’t have a patty. 😩 I called and went back to the store , they replaced the 2 items except they gave me back my cold hash brown. Anyways not sure if I spoke to the manager but the lady was helping me doesn’t have any remorse or feel bad was so ever. The burger was almost 6 dollars and to drive back all the way there is a hassle. This is used to be our favorite breakfast place but the accuracy is not there anymore..😩

Tried their new hand breaded chicken sandwich with bacon, lettuce, tomato and swiss. This one is good in the chicken sandwich wars. It literally tastes like Chick-fil-A and Wendy's combined in to one sandwich. It's better than Wendy's, and in some respect might be better than Chick-fil-A. But not better than their spicy chicken sandwich. As far as the order of what I find to be the best sandwich from a fast food place, this would be 3rd Street Popeye's and Chick-fil-A. Now, locally, there are lots of places that make better chicken sandwiches and burgers that are restaurants or bars such as Odin Brewing, but that's another review altogether.

Don't count on getting a correct order out of these people. No attention to detail. Repeatedly, they have screwed up our orders. I gave them one more chance today. Sure enough, we got the wrong order. This is unfortunate, because we always thought they had the best onion rings. However, they're not good enough for us to keep coming back after the numerous mistakes and hassle they cause as a result. We are no longer Carl's Jr. customers.

I am a long time fan of Carl's Jr, why is it when I go to this particular Carl's Jr it seems like they never want to give out ranch with their fried zucchini. I had them say to me that they were running low. Meanwhile when I was making the order I told them I wanted three of them she said no problem. That goes to tell me that the person who walked out with my food was too lazy to walk in to get two more ranches and my ketchup

*revised* Your staff at this location had some broken equipment. That's fine, things break. What was NOT fine was that when the staff didnt have their headsets on therefore choosing to ignore the customers at their drive through during your business hours. The only way I was able to get someone's attention was when I waited at the window. I was also told that the restaurant was, "kinda closed". Even though the other half of the menu was able to be ordered from. When I did order from the part of the menu that was availible. I requested that it be, "low carb". What I was given was NOT low carb. Just because your charbroil unit is broken doesnt prevent the staff listening to the customers necessary requests.
