Taco Bell

Went here after work and ordered a bean burrito and a chicken quesadilla both with sour cream. The lady taking my order was super polite and made sure everything on the screen was correct. When I got to the stop sign, I took a bite of my BEAN burrito only to find out that it was BEEF and also had NO sour cream, which I paid for. I cannot eat red meat because I am allergic so that sucked. When I got home I opened my chicken quesadilla only to find that it was squished all the way to the bottom of the bag and also had NO sour cream, which I paid for. For it being a Friday night at 5pm with NO line, I would assume they would get my one order correct. Giving a three star because the lady taking orders and at the window was so nice she made the whole experience. Get kitchen staff that know how to read the screen better because half of my money was wasted. UPDATE 3 MONTHS LATER! Changing this to two stars only because the girls were nice. I went back thinking everything was good, this is the only Taco Bell on my way home, and low and behold I ordered a chicken quesadilla with a side of sour cream and I received a whatever is pictured. With BEEF that I CANNOT EAT! And what’s up with all the sour cream cups? Definitely not going back. The girls working were hella nice but cmon guys. Some people have food allergies and your job needs to be taken seriously.

The manager, who overcharges you, will call the cops on you if you ask to be charged the prices posed on the menu. If you have to raise your voice, because she ignores you, then she tells you to leave. She will not refund you the money, as she originally stated, but states that " I am rude and vulgar and she isn't paid to deal with people such as myself." and I can talk to the District Manager, who she said is on vacation for a week, which is a lie, I am disabled and hard of hearing. She called law enforcement to state that I was not cooperative. WOW. READ Completely before buying food from this store. The whole reason I came in was to buy my Autistic daughter her favorite Soft Taco for getting perfect grades in school. She just crapped all over my day. THANK YOU for NOTHING!!!!!!
