Be sure to call ahead And then congratulations You won't be that hungry grumpy person.. The best sushi roll In town it's called the AMIGO ROLL I've enjoyed coming here for several years. The food is always consistent. The best sushi in the Ruston area. Also the yakisoba is amazing. They are busy at times and there is usually a little wait. I order pickup only but it can still take some time as they are a small business. But the food is worth it.

One of my favorite places for sushi. The rolls don't have excess rice that many other places use to fill out the roll. Good yakisoba and teriyaki as well.

I've been going here for over 10 years and love it more everytime!! They're customer service is excellent and the sushi is amazing!! Doesnt matter what time we order the fish is always fresh and presentation is stunning!

The food here is good but unless your Asian or Caucasian you will not be treated with good customer service let alone with respect. I have tried to give them the benefit of doubt but after today I will no longer give them my business. The owner went out of his way to take the order of other customers in line who were behind me and were Caucasian. His demeanor with them was patient and hospitable. When he finally decided to take my order was abrupt and and rude. When I went again today the service awful.

I've been looking for a good sashimi spot in Tacoma and am really glad I tried Flying Fish. I had some of the best salmon sashimi from here, both in quality and presentation. Will definitely be back for takeout again, as well as to try dining in person.

A very nice atmosphere. Classier than most places. The menu is great. My favorite is the teriyaki salmon.
