A very courteous young person helped me get my food and helped me get back on the road. Typically, I set my expectations lower for fast food chains. I was surprised at the genuine friendliness of this particular individual. Thank you for a very positive experience. I hope that ALL Jack in The Box's bring a similar experience, if I should ever choose to visit again.

Burger was old. I doubt it is the fault of the workers, it is probably the owner. I should have read the reviews before going here. It's fast food but come on you shouldn't be serving old burgers to customers.

I went back and they did fix the issue but that is extra time in the day.. the employees were nice. Next time just throw out the burgers if they have been sitting too long... Obvious isn't so obvious anymore

Hadn't eaten lunch at 3:00 so decided to stop on there after leaving Crescent Moon Gifts just down the road. Ordered the Fish sandwich combo. Unfortunately they were out of all soda. All that was left was unsweetened tea and shakes. I ordered a strawberry milk shake but found they charged me extra for it. If they were out of everything else, they should give me the shake at the same cost as a reg meal. Not charge extra.

When i got home i found out they messed up my order. After handing me the order they closed the window n moved away from it so i had to drive off coz there wasnt anyone to talk to. Very unprofessional and my baby couldnt eat what i paid for.

I would be nice if the store was open during listed hours of operation. Pulling up to a hand written "closed" sign when there are 4 cars in the parking lot.......smdh

Went there they said short staffed come back in 15 minutes. He was on break .said he would hook me up when I came back .well that's not the case food was cold didn't get hooked up .and very over priced

Individual at the drive through window was extremely polite. As always, tacos are the best!

Just went in the drive thru and saw a sign saying that the monitors weren’t working inside and to be patient I waited for 15-20 mins and didn’t get a response drove to the window and they said that I have to drive back around because they didn’t take my order they were laughing and just stared at me and said that everything was working. The employees are not even wearing a mask and just sitting down eating and talking to each other there instead of serving the costumers
