Mcdonald's

Not sure why I have seen so many bad reviews for this place, but as far as McDonald's goes, this location as great. Touchscreen kiosk ordering was flawless, restaurant was clean, and - most important of all - my order was correct on the very first try, right down to the number of salt packets I requested. Getting an order 100% correct is a low bar, but you have to know how rare that is at a McDonald's in general. I had no problems here and it was a great experience.

Do not get breakfast here. They served me a chicken McMuffin breakfast sandwich that was rock hard!! The chicken patty almost cut my gums I was only able to take one bite. It was so hard and old. The McMuffin bread was also so hard I couldn’t even bite into it. Waste of money. Do not order breakfast here.

Ordered on-line with curbside pickup. Food was delivered hot and met the expected taste for McDonald's. I was curious though, I parked in the curbside spot and checked in. I observed cars enter the drive thru, order, receive their order and leave whilst I sat and waited. I did not time my wait but why did it take longer than cars in the drive thru?

I was their about 4 weeks ago and I ordered 3 cheeses burgers and Lg Sweet Tea and I got cinnamon roll and the reason why I'm doing this Review is because we'll but the lady that did Headset she was the best at helping me and while I was short on money and could not afford so I had to keep changing it and she didn't even get mad at me and we both just 🤣🤣🤣 and I also called the store and talked directly to the Store Manager and I told him how good she did and I also did a email from the receipt and now I'm doing this good job and keep it up and anyone should go to this location 100 and I will be back..

Why do y'all not care? Left out part of my order. Fries I received were smaller than a fingernail, All of them, no exaggeration, all of them . Clearly old. Every time at this location there is an issue. Your management is lazy and worthless, or there wouldn't be the amount of mistakes there are. Do better. This is an opinion over the last 5 years of judgment. Y'all are one of the worst McDonald's I've been to in my whole lifetime.

While sitting in the Drive-Thru at one of the screens I was not acknowledged. And three orders were taken on the other screen before somebody even talked to me and they told me to wait just a moment then they proceeded to help the next car at the other screen so at this point I just reversed out of the Drive-Thru and didn't even bother

My food always is always hamded to me exactly the way i ordered it. The food is hot and not thrown together sloppily like at some other locations. The only reasin this isnt a 5 star rating is because i cant forget the incident a friend and I had a couple of months ago. My encounter with THE most outrageously rude employee I've ever run into has left me weary of this restaurant. On my last visit here, it seems that the customer service is still lacking in some areas, but not nearly as bad as before. If they hired people who are well-mannered and curteous at the common level at least, this would be a 5 star Mcdonalds in my book.

AWESOME!! The two guys working the drive-thru windows at Union St McDonalds Wednesday at 12:30pm were the best I've seen at McDonalds in a really long time. I live near the 72nd McDonalds and the difference is night and day. These guys had both drive thru lanes full all the way to lot entrance when I pulled up, and they got everyone served and picked up within less than 6mins total. They were also extremely friendly and professional. The guy taking the order had a really clear "radio" voice. The young man bagging my food was also very polite and even though I only had two cheeseburgers & a drink he made me feel like he was really happy to serve me. I'm an old woman, so when a young person shows the kind of respect these two did, it goes a long way to making me want to return to the store or restaurant again. The food was hot, tasty and fresh also. If I had to say anything negative, it would just be the configuration of this parking lot- which is nothing the employees can control. Thank Union St. You guys Rock!
