This subway is normally pretty good but lately I've noticed the staff just DONT care about working there, if that's the case then they should find a new job ..

Manager had store in tip top shape. This store is proving by far to be the cleanest and best prepared store in the Tacoma area. Tempted to offer the gal a job because of the way she keeps the store.

Lady was real nice. At this store she marked all of the subs and was very fast. I had more that 1 coupon and she honored all of them.

Rude service
The night manager had us standing there while she continued on with her conversation as the sandwich artist was obiously patiently waiting for her to sign out of the computer to cash us out.
Poor customer service, but I guess since we are black and she is the manager that we had to wait. The sandwich artist did great, but the management was very unprofessional. It's customers first no matter their race. Wont recommend coming while she's on shift. She might make you wait until she finishes her conversation.

There are some Subway restaurants that I will not step my foot into because of their service or because of there stingy way of making sanwiches. But this is not one of them. This location is probably my favorite of all. Easy to find location with fast and friendly service. Sandwiches are filled enough to make a customer happy. Julia serves me often and she is awesome. She always says hello and thank you and makes my order just the way I like it.

This is the best subway I've ever been too! Their customer service is wonderful as always and their sandwiches are so fresh and they load the sandwiches up! :) my favorite and only subway I like to go to.

Stopped in for a quick bite with my mother, excellent customer service!! The crew was friendly, patient, & clearly enjoyed working together. The store was nice & clean.
