Palace Korean Bar And Grill

It’s not often I leave a review but I felt the need to express how bad our experience was at this establishment. This isn’t my first time going here but this will be my last. Both times we ate here (3 of my friends) one of the waitresses will come and turn down the heat around 20-30 minutes in. It’s actually the same waitress in both instances. Now im sure it’s obvious to most why she does this. To slow down how much we eat and burn time. What makes this frustrating is that we are paying for an all you can eat. It’s not cheap either.. i can spend less at cheesecake factory yet every time she turns the heat down so low that it barely cooks the meat. Lastly there’s discrimination; which I know is a serious accusations but it was pointed out to me by my friends( we’re all different ethnicities and from different backgrounds) while we were eating. A group of Korean customers came in, two waitresses went to greet them and were very attentive to their needs. One of my friends noticed that they brought nicer dishes out, were cutting their meats for them and gave them lettuce for their meats which weren’t offered to any other customers that were there. It just felt like special treatment. Overall good food but horrible treatment.

I would like to rate this a zero, unfortunately not an option. So I’ll start with me and my girlfriend arrived at 9:30 (closed at 11)and was seated within moments which was nice and we’re greeted friendly from our waitress which sat us down nicely. We ordered drinks and the waitress lit our grill and came back with our drinks,rice etc. some of her coworkers came up to her and said we are closed now and we’re told leave. As we were being asked to leave two people across from us were being served. So to say the least we will not ever come back to this place again

Decent. However, they play games. Since you only have 90 minutes to eat all-you-can-eat meat, the waitress will sometimes turn down your grill if it’s it’s cooking too fast. This makes your food cook extremely slow burning up your precious 90 minutes. Make sure you request .that the grill is turned up. Not all the way though, cause it’s too hot. Med-high temp is perfect.

The food was decent, but the service was definitely lacking. Our server was pretty short with us and inattentive. The layout is confusing when you first walk in and you need to go all the way to the back to get noticed. Also, the menu was pretty short, even though it was all you can eat, it had very few options. There are other places locally that provide a better experience for a similar price, so this felt prettu disappointing.
