Steph's Pizza

Just perfect. The flavor of the pizza was super good. From the marinera sauce to the toppings, everything tasted great. I also ordered the cheesy bread and loved every bit of it. The staff was very friendly and the order came out pretty quick. Overall, loved this spot. Thank you for bringing joy to my belly on my road trip through the northwest!

So, I mistakenly posted this review on the wrong company. Oops.. Having been a customer from years ago (not long after they first opened), it had been a while and we were excited for this order. Sadly it was a huge letdown. Customer service was great, the blond gal that helped me out was absolutely awesome. She was welcoming and friendly, she was even willing to walk my order to my car if needed. I initially had no shoes on. She was totally down to help me out and keep my feet out of the store. She is the best. So,I pick up my 80+ dollar older (that also included tip) and headed home about a 10-12 minute drive. Once home, I find my cheese/pepperoni pizza very dark. Not burnt but definitely overcooked. I was able to determine that by my next pizza. The BBQ chicken looked great, but then I noticed onions on the pizza, which sucked because I had requested no onions. Sad day because texture is a big deal to me. To add to the disappointment, nothing was cut all the way through. Pizza, cheesesticks, etc...we had to cut ourselves, and not easy to find cutting implements when you're moving and your house is packed up. I would give 1 star for the food. The other two are for the gal that helped me. No wait, she gets 3 stars. I'm not giving up though, bwcause I know this is not a typical order from them. Steph's has fantastic food, this was hopefully just a bad day. It just sucked to build up the excitement, pay a ton, then be let down. Also when you order online they give you a time frame of when your order should be done but they don't send you another email telling you when it is done, so I waited 50 minutes but I'm pretty sure my pizza was done long before that. So definitely missed it at its freshest. *a piece is missing in the photos cause I'm fat and I was starving.

We recently miss ordered the size and the pizza was delivered correctly with not the right ordered ingredients. I called and they completely took care of it. Been customers for 14 years and this was the first time it was partially wrong, I own my mistake, but they were phenomenal. Wayne the manager took care of us, I feel more committed to this business than ever before. Please support local business especially this one. Thank you

I've been a regular customer for years. I ordered a thick crust large Meaty and after waiting 1hour & 15min. I get a canadian & pineapple (Hawaiian) with added black olives & onions... No biggie, mistakes happen. Later/longer than normal delivery time, but oh well... My question is who in the heck puts olives & onions on a Hawaiian pizza??? And the cook that made it, why did you not see red flags with that combination? I think someone would stop and relook at the order at some point with crazy combination of toppings... They said they would send out a replacement pizza, but now it's been over 2 1/2hrs since I made my original order and I'm still waiting. .. (wish there was a way to request my $5 tip back)

HOORRRIIBBLLEEEE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never give this place another dollar! Literally every single time I order the staff are RUDE, and have such a pitiful demeanor! Orders are NEVER ready on time even when placed in advance. The "manager" (put in quotes because I'm not sure if she's the manager) YELLED AT ME from behind the counter while I was walking out. JUST RIDICULOUS. It's quite unfortunate because the food is actually good and decently priced but I REFUSE to spend my money somewhere that treats and talks to customers like that and who's employees have absolutely no manners and are just straight out depressing! The employee who makes the pizza did not even turn around and acknowledge that I was inside the store. No hello, someone will be right with you, NOTHING! Never again 🚮🚮
