Subway

Okay, it was clean, sure, friendly, not really, the person who served and made my sandwich was like monotone, and doesn’t seem to really care. Nice but not friendly. I came there around 4:30pm. Around the place I know, I live close by, I was hoping to like the store, but my first impression of meeting the workers, didn’t like her. Felt like she thought b/c I had a stroller and had stuff on it, and my little one was covered with a blanket, due to she’s napping. I also paid with coins, b/c sometimes I have too much and need to use them. I did tip good! And also, she never asked me if I had the app, I was looking through my phone to find the app so I could get some points. Apparently she never bringing it up, and she already placed my pay in, said that I, like literally me responsible to know about the app more then she does, to show before paying! First time using it! And wish she was more friendly. The the receipt! She never asked if I wanted or not! She kept assuming!! And seems to look down on me! I may revise my rate later if I had a different person... and if her personality bubbly. The foods okay, when watching her make my food, she just blops/ like a mini small throw of no delicacy or care of. The foods okay once I took it home and ate it.

Worst customer service in the world . I walked in with my two boys and asked to use restroom it was emergency and they just looked at each other then me all rude so I said I'd buy something if I had toso finally they gave me key and then they charged me 25 cents for a little crappy cup with no lid that ended up spilling all over stroller...I dunno maybe it's just me having a bad day because I've been to that subway before and they didn't hassle me about the bathroom..oh btw I'm 7 months pregnant anyways I'm done going off. Probably won't ever go there again though just saying
