Mcdonald's

Didn't even advise of my total at the pay window just took my cash rudely and then I had to ask for my receipt. I received my receipt after paying at 4:41 p.m. it is now 4:48 p.m. and I am still waiting to even see any food. Definitely not fast food or decent service. But then again I have never received decent service from this location. B hiy the way go ahead and try to talk to the corporate.... Lmfao..... Never again. Here is the manager trying to duck from a photo after asking her the same questions. Also one of the window agent who cussed me out and got all crazy cause I asked for her manager.

The wait in line at both windows was rediculous and not one word from any crew members. Then can only eat one side of muffin because the other side is rock hard. TBH this is my first bad experience at breakfast time. As long as it took it could have at the very least been presentable. It is McDonald's.

Not friendly at all after waiting 15minute for my dine in food and asking multiple time where my food was after receiving it with an attitude I took my food out and started to look at it and found a hair in my burger not great customer service wouldn’t recommend this new McDonald’s unless there new employees

I just went to the brand-new location that used to be inside the gas station right next-door pulled to the drive-through with my truck and trailer thinking man this is great I was gonna give them a compliment on thank God they made their parking lot big enough for guys with trucks to use. I get up to the window after I paid and the girl said we don’t have fresh bacon so please pull forward so I pulled up to the next window and then she came up and asked me to pull in the bay 1 because my trailer was blocking the window. I pulled into the bay 1and waited for over 10 minutes And finally went inside like where’s my food and the girl said I just checked on it I said how much longer she said I don’t know so about three minutes later she came out of the car brought my food I took a bite of fries and they were cold so basically they ruined my whole meal based on not having fresh bacon supposedly … I have an autistic son that only eats fries and nuggets and my daughter eats whatever but basically five minutes later I picked up the kids and just got home and my whole meal is cold and nasty all because I waited 15 minutes for supposedly some fresh bacon. this is my first time going through this new location. my tab was $22.08 for a big Mac meal 20 piece chicken nugget a bacon Mc double and a spicy chicken sandwich so basically I got a cold nasty fast food meal all because they didn’t have”fresh” bacon!!! BS!!!!! These days everything is real expensive and you would think people would have their act together just a little bit more before taking a working man hard earned money and I’ll give them a call me or because they don’t get their act together…

The night shift manager is highly unprofessional and plain disrespectful. I have frequently come to this location since opening and when we mentioned the happy meals were missing fries he became Irritated when he returned with the fries there was literally maybe 5 fries so we than again asked to purchase an additional large fry and he stated to go back to the line we asked for him to come back and speak with us and he just had the worst attitude and dismissed us by walking away saying he sees more than 5 fries. This shouldn’t be accepted you work in the industry of customer service if you can’t handle it find a new job I will be going to corporate the disrespect will not be tolerated this way especially infront if my kids over two kids happy meals not ok.
