Can’t complain much. If you aren’t that familiar with the “grill” part of the experience and making your own flavor combinations it’ll seem weird. Yes they add more of their in house sauce to your meal when it’s cooking you didn’t add enough of the provided liquids or to just prevent it from burning. I watched the guy it do it. For both separate bowls I had. Following their posted chart for the sauces will leave it tasting bland or like an off brand bbq sauce but if you know what you typically like you should be fine. YMMV. No menu offered which is kind of weird. But I did get rice with my meal. Egg roll was cold. Will be eat here again.

I really enjoyed my meal here. Despite the negative reviews, all the food was fresh or fresh frozen. Freezing the meat makes it easier to shave it for better cooking on the grill.
The liquid the cook used was seasoned with what was offered on the line and plenty of flavor was present if you used the suggestions.
I recommend this place to anyone wanting a healthy meal.

I don't understand the negative reviews. Eat all you can but don't make more than you can eat; and this place is cheap even with the extra $5 either way. The meats are frozen and the veggies have always been fresh whenever I've gone. If you don't like the flavor the cooking sauces add then go somewhere else. Sure the waitress doesn't come by and ask how you're doing, she just pays attention to your table and refills your drinks when they are low without asking. Some people prefer that. This is a great place to grab a meal.

Great place to eat! Stopped in while my wife was pregnant and craving spicy noodles and veggies. Typical Mongolian Grill setup where you get meat, veggies, and the sauces you chose, except it is a buffet style place; you don’t feel the need to pack your bowl full like places in the mall. It is not a Vegas style buffet where you can waste food — Not here! They charge a fee for food wasting, and I think that’s great!! They do not to-go either. All in all, great place to eat!

It wasn't busy at all when we arrived around 1:30pm, only one other table occupied. We were seated right away and the waitress was exceptionally responsive. The food was very good and it was a fun surprise to see it cooked for us right there at the end of the buffet. I'm not sure what it's like when it's busy, but I certainly have no complaints and would be happy to return.

I have to give one star because you have to but this place was HORRIBLE! The food is absolutely atrocious; frozen, old, gummy, and smelled/tasted weird. The price was outrageous. We paid $60 to walk in, have them prepare the food, sat down, almost threw up and walked out. We didn't even spend 10 minutes here and then went elsewhere for dinner. No wonder they didn't have any diners when we walked in, we should have heeded the warning and left! Save your money and hopefully they'll be out of business soon.

First I'll say this is what I get for not looking at the reviews before eating here, won't make that mistake again! I came in here to eat with my two small children and my dad and the place was totally empty, a telling sign of what I should expect out of the experience. My dad and I go and get our first bowl, the sauces were watered down tasting, the meat tasted freezer burnt and chewy, nothing was fresh. The server brought out free eggrolls which I thought was odd, but after we started eating it made sense, lets give these poor customers some free eggrolls to take their minds off the absolute garbage we are serving them. Well it didn't work because the eggrolls were terrible too, for sure store bought. I could buy better eggrolls in the freezer isle at walmart. We didn't even finish our first bowl because it was so bad so I asked our server what the price was for just a single bowl, she said the only option is all you can eat, which they are trying to charge $15 dollars after tax!! I politely explained how I was sorry to complain but the food was just not very good and I didn't want to pay "all you can eat" price when I didn't even eat one bowl. At that point she got pretty rude and I just paid so I could get out of there and get some actual food for me and my kids. I didn't leave a tip because of the whole situation and when I checked my bank statement, I noticed that she had the audacity to actually add a tip for herself. Long story short, do not eat here you will for sure regret it in one way or another. I wouldn't eat here if it was free, not even if you paid me to eat here. for the love of everything stay away.

If you do not know how to use a Mongolian grill, you should go with someone who does. Our food was excellent and we had control over the flavor. The server was extremely attentive and never let my drink go below half full. The eggrolls were fresh and hot, we also received rice and egg flower soup with the meal. The Mongolian Grill is all you can eat, so if you are still hungry you should go get another bowl.
