Ordered a cheese burger and they managed to ruin it. No pickles. No ketchup. What a rip off. Whoever was putting together the food when I stopped by on 9/18 at 2:13pm today is completely incompetent. They couldn’t hear me at the check out window so I raised my voice. I’m pretty sure they were being passive aggressive and messed up my order purposefully. Never returning to this location.

I'm not sure how I should respond. I have shared my experience at time of visiting normally. With COVID around it's been hard to be fair. Our house hold visits this store daily. And have for some 20 plus years. We have went to SR 512 even Fife for better food. At times in the day but mostly breakfast. Do to employees but food correctness and quality mostly. My stars are always in favor of spot this is my opinion and trying to be fair.

Horrible. I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru and when I got my food is was cold and they didn't give me everything I ordered. I ordered 2 20 piece nuggets and only got 1. The happy meal is supposed to come with fries and apples and they only offer one or the other. When I tried to call no one answered the phone but I know someone was there because she was in the office when I pulled up to the window to pay for my order. The sad part is I live out of state so they can never rectify the issue. I don't even rate them one star but in order to complete my experience I have to put a star rating.

Where is the other half of the burger? Just because they slapped some cheese on it doesn’t make it magically appear. Who ever was making this is ridiculous. Ya want to charge almost $5 for the quarter pounder but it’s missing half the patty! Not cool guys. This is why just another reason why we don’t usually eat out. Now, especially not here. Not anymore 🤦🏻‍♀️

Severely understaffed, takes a long time for staff to be able to get to your order because they're set back by the amount of orders they get. Food is always good though, never had a cold quarter pounder or big mac from this place so that's the silver lining. Definitely should raise the wages so more people want to work here.
