Papa Johns Pizza

Changing my review from 1 star to 3. This Papa John’s location did severely mess up my order last week, with bad undercooked food and something completely different from what I ordered. They did, however, contact me very quickly and offer me a redo of my order. I am glad their customer service is great and they will make it right when something is wrong. Still upset that my order was wrong initially because I didn’t get dinner that night because of it. I am keeping the photos of last week on this review, new photos of this week is at the bottom. Thank you for correcting the mistake Papa John’s :)

Supposed to be contactless pick up by letting the employees know you are there which i did but but all i received was blank stares. Not a single napkin in the store for my takeout order nor was there any type of effort to look for some other than next to the register. Takeout order was wrong. Picked up the first piece of pizza and all the toppings slid off. It was this way for every slice. Impossible to eat.

I love ordering pizza fro this location! They’re customer service is amazing! The sweetheart Sierra helped me with an online mishap where my purchase didn’t fully go through when I ordered online. So I made an order over the phone for their special and she treated me so well over the phone and when I came into the store. The pizza is very yummy as well!
