I went in here to buy an ice cream cake for a family Members birthday one that’s ready to go so you pay and go. The price was listed on top of the cake. The girl ringing me up had to call her manager using her cell phone and then they were just ringing in all kinds of prices for various cakes, while I stood waiting and wondering because the price was written on the box already. This went on for about 20 minutes while there was a line of 5 other people behind me, then I saw my cake was melted. I proceeded to say you know if your boss cannot tell you how to ring in a cake and because it’s melting forget it and left. It wasn’t the employees fault she just needed to know what button to push. However why would they not just type in a price and let me pay. They literally rang in 11 kinds of cake and then voided them and it was nuts. they could’ve at least told me why they took the cashier actions they did. Allow yourself an hour to get a pre made ice cream cake at this location. Seems to me it’s poorly managed and so the employees are left to fend for themselves and it shows

So if i can give no stars i would. I tried to order a large shake which by the way is on there menu and was told they dont do large shakes because they dont make profit. First its 8.99 so i know they make profit but second why is it on ur menu still and third when my shake comes its not even full. This location is a joke and i would advise avoiding this place and go to dairy queen if ur in the tacoma mall and want ice cream

Went in to get a hand packed quart of ice cream with 2 flavors . half and half. The owner usually does it for me when I'm in. Sometimes I get a different person though. For some reason today I went in and ordered it just as I always do and the girl looked at me and said we don't do that. I explained I always get the same thing at this location evertime so what has changed? She said nothing and made my ice cream for me. I got home put them in the freezer . later that night I go to eat the ice cream with my husband and my ice cream is only half full. I am going back and complaining. The workers are supposed to weigh them to make sure it right and I didnt even seee her weigh them. I feel like she shorted me on purpose because I wouldn't let he bully me. Her job is customer service and to make the customer happy . she should be written up at least.

Been in here a couple times, once after the initial horrible impression just in case it was a one-off-fluke, but nope, both times have been horrible service. The staff did not even know about the free ice cream day that their chain was supposed to be promoting the second time I visited. I don't have issues with Baskin Robbins, but this particular location is worth a skip.

Well, we walked in. Nobody in the front. Someone comes out of the back and looks at us and doesn't say a word. She then walks back into the back for a minute getting ready to help us, comes out again and doesn't make eye contact. She then heads back into the back still not talking to us at all. 3 minutes of literally zero welcoming presence. It was like we were a burden for being there. We just left. Whoever was working at 11 am today (Saturday July 28th, 2018) should be fired.
